For your convenience and safety all our hotel rooms have in built in room safe which can be used to keep all your valuables and for large items you may also use the safe provided at reception as per hotel policy we do not take any responsibility for loss and found in addition to our company policy Habtoor Hotels – Dubai have also implemented the following Lost & Found Policies as laid down by Dubai Police:

1. Used items such as food and personal care are disposed immediately by the Hotel Management once found as they might be contaminated and could be dangerous to others.


2. Suspicious or banned substances and large amount of money or valuable jewelleries are sent to the Police Station immediately.


3. Precious items of small amounts found after six months of finding it is handed over to the nearest Police Station. Items are recorded in the hotel's log for police inspection. (Ex: money, gold, jewelleries, watches, phones, electronic devices and accessories)


4. After six months of keeping found items at the hotel establishment, they are transferred to the nearest police station with a detailed record approved by the hotel management. Accordingly the police will take the necessary actions.


5. In case the guest claimed his / her found items after the set period (6 months), he / she has to go personally to the police station where these items were delivered. The police station will keep the items for three months. The hotel establishment will provide the guest with a letter which state the items found reference number and the date of delivering them to the police station.
